Default JF100 could it be a super eagle?

Hoping you can help. I just purchased a used super eagle serial number JF100-xxxx. The ad stated this is a Super Eagle turbine. After doing a bit of research I think that this may in fact be a Falcon model. I think this because the newer Falcons have the JF100 model number designation.
This turbine was first sold in 2004. Is there a chance that the earlier super eagles used the JF100 designation?
Please help!!!

I am of the thought that they all use the jf letters. I think it is the numbers that indicate the model. I have been known to be wrong before.

K12rc, that might be helpful. I measured mine and at the intake end I got right at 109mm. at the tail end I got 111mm. According to the maual these measurments match the Super Eagle. Another thing that just dawned on me is the ICS unit says Eagle on it. I dont suppose that the Falcon ICS unit would run the Eagle?
Im baffled as to why the jf100 preceeds the serial number....

Thanks K12! I think it is safe to assume that I have the Super Eagle. The number designation must be because my motor is an older unit. Thanks again for your help with this one.

The super Eagle inner exhaust cone sticks out past the outter cone.. The Falcon it does not.... I do believe this to be correct from looking at pic's... You can go to RCU Classifieds Turbine Engines and see examples of both for sale right now...

Drywaller:

It now seems you have your questions sorted out and you have a Super Eagle.

When we introduced the Falcon, we changed the Super Eagle to jf120 from jf100. We then gave Falcon the jf100 title. The Falcon is smaller in diameter and as well, has a different turbine nozzle as compared to the Super Eagle.

If you want to be sure, email me the serial number and previous owner information. We will pull the records and verify what you have. Email to jetartessales@aol.com

Regards,
Eric
