Eric must have the patience of a saint...tell the world you have a problem with you turbine, and you need him to contact you!
Negative marketing at it's best! I can see why manufacturers are reluctant to participate in this forum.

Brian:

Check your email (not pm here on RCU) for specific shipping instructions direct to MEX. Your turbine will be received, inventoried and scheduled for service.
Our Service manager is attending Jet Power and will return Tuesday 27 September

Lee,

You are out of line, I have not publicly said anything negative about any products on RCU. All I did is ask Eric to check his email so he could properly advise me on what I needed to do to send in a turbine for service. Eric has always responded to my questions and I did not say anything negative other than needing him to contact me.. I am not sure why you felt compelled to comment they way you did when all I was doing was using this forum to get in touch with someone that could help me.
