Default Jet Central US Service Center

US JC owners are in for a real treat next time they send their engine in for 25-hour service interval! Kerry Sterner is the man behind the curtain and the service is top-notch! Team JC is lucky to have him come on board. Not like the service was exactly shabby before from the factory in MX with Juan and Co. but I bet this frees up the wizard to cook up new toys!

Process is as follows:

1) USA customers MUST contact Eric by email or phone when needing service: jetartessales@aol.com
2) Eric will reply with RA# in email cc'd to Kerry
3) Print email and enclose with engine along with any other notes. (RA MUST be included in the box)
4) Ship to Kerry in Bath, PA via UPS and email tracking number to Eric and Kerry (RA has specific shipping instructions)

Please note that any turbine received at the US Service Center without the required RA will not be serviced until this requirement is met.

Kerry did the 25 hr. inspection on my Rabbit, flew this weekend in my Vampire, happy to report fired right up with no issues. Great job Kerry.

Whats the turn around time? My jetcat has beenat Jetcat for5 weeks now.

I feel your pain. That and the service $ was why I dropped purple in 2007. To answer your question, your motor could've gone in and come back 3 times by now if it was hecho en mexico.Turnaround is aimed for 10 business days. I bought my first Jet Central when my P-70 was at Jet Cat for 6 weeks during my summer break and had it sold on RCU before I got it back

Sounds about right on the turn around time, I mailed my Rabbit to Kerry the week after KY Jets for it's 25 Hr maintenance schedule, it due for delivery today
