Default Spacing between turbine nozzle and tailpipe?

Hello Guys.

Installing a Rhino into a FB MB339
This is my first jet and turbine and want to make sure its done right!
Whats the recomended spacing between turbine nozzle and tailpipe?
I cannot see this anywhere in the supplied instruction manual.
I will not be running a by-pass in this install.

Thanks guys, Mario.

Hi Mario,

The ideal distance for a Rhino is 1.5" between the end of the tailcone and the entrance of the bellmouth. I use a Rhino in 2 airframes and find that distance to be a good balance between thrust and cooling.

Wishing you the best with your new jet!

Thanks guys,

Like that PDF.

I've set it at 30mm and will try it at that, but i'm still months away from starting this puppy up.

Mario.
