Hello guys
First thing is I love my 2 JetCentral turbines, but my cheetah just burned 2 motor start.
And one of the things I think can be is the start up, because takes like 1 1/2 min. to start up.

Yeah, probably getting killed on the long start. Jet Central closed until Wednesday - try your South America support person or contact Jet Central MX when they reopen. Juan taking well deserved vacation! Happy New Year!

Igorcar:

I sent you a pm with information we will need to replace your starter motors. Please respond at your convenience. New starter motor assemblies will be on the way.

Happy New Year,

Eric and Juan will fix you up, my Cheetah takes 30 seconds from the command to start until the display says running.

There are only a couple of parameters that need to be adjusted

I agree. I'm sure you wouldn't get personal service, over the holiday's, with a JetCat engine.

Can you advise what needs to be adjusted to reduce the long wait time? Mine does the same thing has gone through one starter motor already.

If taking an extra minute on start up is enough towear out a starter motorthen something else is wrong. Perhaps improperly sized motor, poor quality motors or misalighment???How many starts are on these engines?

Joe, I can promise you the engineer is on top of it
Gary, if you want to try tweaking by phone I can help you out. Of course Eric is only a phone call away as well.
