im sorry but I don't understand your question. We do have Paul Harmon in Europe that can also help in that part of the world. You can also email us directly as well.

From what hat I can see you may have to raise your PW K and the fuel ramp fuel which is under your start menu. Please raise this by a maximum of two points at a time.

Hello Feldi
Switch over error means that the temperature at switch over drop, this is normally corrected by increasing 1 or 2 points to the "Initial Pump" in the start menu
To idle error means that the turbine did not get to idle in a pre-determined time, so increase the "Start Ramp" at the start menue one or two points
Let us know if that help

Hello Feldi
I think the fuel is not getting to the turbine, you need to increase a bit more the initial fuel
One way to check it is to disconnect the burner fuel line and do a start up sequence, you should see a constant dripping of fuel, if not, increase more the initial fuel until you see it
The other posibility is that you actually have enough fuel or even too much but still you don´t get ignition, in this case you will see some smoke coming out the back
Please let me know in which one of does to cases is your turbine so i can give you the proper solution
Regards

Out of curiosity, I see some strange readings in the amp meter. When the ignitor starts, the intensity rises to about 6 - 7 amps, ( quite normal) but after the motor starts, it drops to 4 amps, ( and should increase due to the starter consumption) Are normal the reading of only 4A for the ignitor plus starter power?

Hola Felix
It is normal, when the glow plug gets hot, it uses less amps to stay that way, and, in does stages, the starter is also using very little use to maintain RPMs

Hello feldi
You are changing the wrong parameter, you have to increase the "Initial Pum" and not the "Fuel Ramp"
The "intial pump" value can go as high as 90, please return the "Fuel Ramp" value to the original setting before you try another start
