Default Jeti Radio setup with Cheetah SE-failsafe/manual cooling

Hoping someone can share their setup as I'm having a few issues with my ECU not responding correctly. It appears to be calibrated correctly as it idles fine around ~35k with a max of ~130k (also getting "min" and "max" pump ok msgs). The issues I'm running into are related to the "Failsafe", as well as "Manual Cooling".
I have my throttle end points set at +100 to -100 (including limits) and taught the ECU as the manual says. Everything looks good on the HDT as it sees max throttle and idle in the "green" band. I set my failsafe in the CB200 to -125 and when disabling transmission the ECU says "Failsafe". However, the engine only goes to idle and remains there. If I change the failsafe in the CB200 to "Out off" it will then shutdown the turbine and say "No Rx". Unless "Failsafe" in the ECU is meant to only bring the engine to idle I believe something is not correct.
Also, when I raise the throttle with trim down it will not begin the manual cooling process. If anyone has any insight I'd be greatly appreciated!

I am interested in the clarification of failsafe and "off" as well since I am going to be running a CB200 as well.

We are investigating the failsafe issue and will get back to everyone.

Spoke with Jose while he was in MEX last week. Sent him a video and am waiting to hear back. Will post when I do!

Operator error...I inadvertently set the throttle channel to "linear" instead of the default "throw low". Once I swapped it back and re-calibrated everything is working as it should.
