Default Falcon "popping" at idle

My Falcon, 3 weeks old, 600 minutes run time, has developed sparratic popping at idle during the last several runs, it never flames out but this is not right nevertheless.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. (I know Eric is at a jet rally.)

My Eagle has done this for many years, I am not sure why, but it has always run great. I must admit that I don't think it did it on the test bench, only when installed.
It would be good to know the reason why though!

Eric I think its over to you.

Smitty:

Yes, I know the sound you are speaking of. All Falcons have a unique sound. My personal Falcon also just above idle, has what I refer to as a "rumble" . This is for a second or two and then goes away. This does not in any way affect the performance of this turbine.

For your peace of mind, I will be more than happy to check your turbine out and get it back to you within 7 days excluding weekends.

I will be on the road Sunday returning from Liberty Bell. Feel free to call me on my cell during this time.

Your total satisfaction with our turbine products is our only objective.

Best regards,
Eric Clapp

Sounds good Eric, this "popping" is all together different from the rumble we spoke about on the phone. And it really is strange b/c sometimes it does it (the popping that is, the rumble/kinda farting sound is always persent in accel) and sometimes it doesn't. Anyways................................I am going to keep flying it over the next few days and then pull it out early next week and send it to you. What address do I ship it to and what all do I send?

Thanks for your dedication to our hobby and the Artes Turbines!

FOR ANYONE ELSE LURKING IN THIS THREAD: PLEASE KNOW THAT I AM 100% SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE OF THE FALCON AND ERIC BENDS OVER BACKWARDS TO SUPPORT THESE PRODUCTS!!
