AWESOME service
Folks,
I just want to give a great-big thumbs-up to Eric and Jet Central for their great warrantee support.
I had a problem with my Rabbit. I don't want to go in to details but suffice it to say the turbine "expired" (luckily on the ground) and needed to be replaced. Any turbine can have a problem/defect given the stresses they face. I'm sure its rare but that's exactly why it is GREAT to know that the service from JCis outstanding if you should ever need it.
My turbine was inspected and replaced under warrantee. No issues what so ever, just awesome service.

Hi all,
Just want to add to this great service on the warranty side of JC, a big THANK YOU to Eric, Juan and all the JC staff for the great service and quick turnaround to the repairs needed on my Super Eagle. Only a 2 1/2 week turnaround from my place in Queensland Australia back to my door.
In my eyes JC is the leader of the pack and everyone else out there has a long way to go to catch up with JC for engine Quality,Reliability and Service, keep it going guys, well done.

I'll second (or third) that.
I recently received my Falcon back from being serviced/repaired and am thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the great communication along the way.
Eric (and the whole JC team) is a class act.
Lifetime warranty, no one can touch these guys!!
I was so impressed with the service, I just ordered a Cheetah for my new classic Flash. Whooohooo!!
