Hi All,

I would like like to remind everyone when sending in a turbine or part to please make sure to send a note inside the box with your Name, Address, Phone and Email.

This is is very important as I have done received turbines with no info only the shipping label and there is no way for us to know what is the issue and if it's something for me to test and fix here or something for me to forward to the factory in Mexico. If no info is sent it will only delay the process.

What is the address to send the turbine to for service? Sorry, I haven't needed to send a motor in since Jose took over. Only need to now for 25 hour service :)
