What are the differences between the P-200 and P-180 since they're both rated at 45lbs.

The 200 can be turned up to 52lbs...the 180 cannot. It's 45 lbs max.

P180 &P200 share the same rotating parts. P200 has a larger case and other fixed internals making it abigger diameter, so more thrust. A P180 can be upgraded to a P200 if you want to spend the $.
