Default ECU Change from p60 tp P120

Hi,

I have an older P120 and have the chance to upgrade the ECU to v5.0 but the new ecu is currently set to a P60. Is there an easy way to do a factory reset so the P120 parameters are set in the ecu or does it have to go back to the factory,

Thanks

Peter

It can be done from the GSU as the ECU has the settings for all of the engines that existed when it was last flashed.

If you have a JetCat rep in Australia, he can probably walk you thru it on the phone.  There are a number of steps and you'll have to be able to cycle power while holding buttons.

Might be worth sending in for the latest.  A v5.0 ECU leaves you a very large number of versions behind.  While not all of those had P120 related changes, you might want to be more up to date.  The engine will run just fine on the v5.0.
