Default GSU for P-60

Hello.
I have purchased a "Cermark F-16 Turbine Jet Plane, setup with a JetCat P-60 from a fellow RC Universe member.
Upon receiving the plane I discovered that I have no "GSU" for the P-60.
Everything else that would be included with the purchase of a P-60 seems to be in the airplane.
I called the seller and he tells me that he purchased the P-60 himself and it did not come with a GSU.
So I asked him how he could possibly set up or check the engine parameters without the GSU.
He said :"Well I called JetCat and they told me how to do it."
So my question is: HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE
I have the JetCat P-60 manual and it clearly shows a GSU included with the engine.
Or am I wrong ?
I need the help of JetCat people to help me sort this thing out before I consider my recourse.
Regards

Did you buy it from Los Angeles?

You can run the from the LEDs on the I/O board, assuming it has an I/O board. You can program for a new receiver too. But not much else. It is all in the manual

Hello mr_matt
Thanks for the response.
No I did not buy it from Los Angeles.
I am aware that the most basic settings can be done through the I/O board.
My question is:
Does or does not the JetCat P-60 come with the "GSU' when you purchase this Turbine.?
As the seller in informing me, it does not...........
From what I have seen, read, researched, inquired and know.
All the major turbine producers on the market (JetCat being one) provide and include a "GSU" when you purchase there turbine.
This is most certainly a critical element of turbine operation providing expanded parameters and critical information regarding the operation
of the turbine.
The JetCat P-60 manual clearly shows a "GSU" as part of the purchase package.
As well as the new P-60SE
Regards

They come with GSU or you can opt to buy one without a GSU.

If you buy the engine from JetCat USA, you have the option of buying a GSU, or not. You can save $100.00 by not opting for the GSU. I have a half dozen JetCat engines, but only two GSU's. Why would I need one for each engine? One spare is enough for me.
You need the GSU to read or change the engine settings any or to see the run time, etc.
