Default PHT3-3 Test Run

I have just finished maintenance and a Kerostart upgrade on my scale heli and would like to kbow if it os to test run the heli without the main rotor blades.

That way I can get close eniugh to check for bubbles in the fiel lines, etc.

Thanks.

Perfectly normal to run without blades on - make sure you don't raise the rpm to high without any load on the system.

I normally just start the engine and let it sit at the 33000 idle rpm setting to check things over, then just shut down, that way the clutch does not engage in the drive.
