Default Degassing/Ventilation of a P200 - with strainer mounted !

Hello volks,

I'm just in the final installation phase of my brand new P200 in an F18.
Due to the fact, that dirt can go into the intake, I'm using a strainer directly mounted
at the beginning of the turbine - so it's not possible for me to disconnect the
turbine fuel line directly connected to the festo plug at the turbine itself.

So during the degassing/ventilation procedure before first running the turbine it is
recommended to directly disconnect this line at the festo plug at the turbine -
are there any issues, if I disconnect it app. 10cm in front of this direct intake -

so there is still a little air volume in the line during first startup ?
Or could this caus any problems ?

you can add a festo in the line and disconnect it there for purging, as long as you don't have more then 4 or 5 inches of tube between there and the turbine it shouldn't delay the start enough to time out as it's purging the remainder of that line.
