Yes, the Jett-stream 10-15cc size muffler works great on the OS91FX. Many examples flying.
Prop selection and target rpm are a bit different than for the Jett 90L, but still great results.
On the Toni, you have to also order the Toni extention kit - allows the muffler to properly exit the cowl.
With that setup, I recommend a 12x8 or 12x9 prop. Try and target somewhere at or over 12,500 ground rpm.

Word of note..... some folks have noted that the LONG (red) muffler tends to interefere with the fuselage on the Minnow, even with the extentions (I think it hits the landing gear). Since you are using the extention kit, the 90LX muffler may be a good alternate ----- that one is shorter and does not hit the fuselage/gear
