You need to give us more information,
What Rx are you using?
You have 10 Model Memories and you should be able to Bind the same receiver to any one of those Model Memories or to all of them. If you have 10 Rx's, you should be able to Bind each of them to a separate Model Memory.
Spektrum systems have a feature called Model Match. You not only Bind the Tx to the Rx, but you Bind the individual Model Memory to the Rx. If you don't change Model Memories before you Bind, the new Rx replaces the old Rx.
I am only suggesting possible solutions to your problem. There could be issues with your Tx.

First, you need to select another model. There is a System Menu option for Model Select. Pick the next model number there.
Assign your model's name.
Now go about binding according to the manual.
You may find it good to visit your local hobby shop or club. Many times there are people there who already have the same or similar equipment and can guide you through it in person much better (and more quickly) than asking questions on the forums. We are here to help if you need us, though!
