Bull hauler

my 2 year old JR 8103 blows the fuse only when i turn the power switch off . only thing i have done is replaced the original nicd. pack with an 1100 mah pack. the old one wasnt holding capacity as well as it use to. even after cycling. any one ever had this problem? as im a little baffled as to why it blows out when switched off. If the switch is left in the on position and the batt. is unpuged, then pluged back in no problem.

I'm not sure why the fuse would go when turning the switch off. I haven't heard of that happening. It sounds like you will need to send in your system for a check up to find out why that is happening.
