Hitec makes a JR module that is frequncy hopping. HH sells them. I guess HH would rather see us with older radios move to another brand. I have mine on odred as I am done with DSM2.....can you say junk!

and kept the DX6i for the PNP planes [8D]
Kimhoff, just make sure you have the latest version of firmware on your module and Rx (using the Hpp-22 )

I just ordered a new JR x9503 (backordered until mid-Aug). Does it come out of the box w/DSMX or will I have to ship it to HH for an upgrade? It comes with a JR R921X receiver which is DSM2/DSMX.

With the exception of brown out indication its functionally no different than DSM2 (ie, the technology is different but that has no effect on binding or other operational instructions)
