After replacing a blown fuse on my xf631, The typical throttle channel is now the elev. channel and v/v. Even in the trim adj. next to the stick, the left now adjusts and operates the elevator and rudder, and the right operates the throttle and aileron(s) I reset everything in the setup menu but default is not default... I have never seen anything quite like this , what's your take??

It sounds like the mode of the system was reset when you turned the system back on after replacing the fuse. It sounds like you will need to send your system in to have the system reset in the proper mode.

Is there a jumper to cross or a circuit to drain to reset to default system mode?

Simply reseting the system will reset it to mode 1. You will need to send it in to get it to mode 2.
