is there a way to program all the dual rate switches as one ? if so how>?

If you go into System menu and Device Select, you can turn on Flight Modes and select either the Flap Switch or the Aux3 switch. When you then go into D/R Expo, you will be able to set the D/R for Ail, Elev, and Rudder, for each Flight Mode, and they will all operate off the same switch.
