Programming levers (switches) faulty
Danny,
Can I replace the programming switches myself on an XF631. The scroll/channel switch will not operate properly, I have to hit it several times to get a response. I had the same issue with a 421 but retired it. If they can be replaced can you tell me what the part number is to order. Or is there a way to clean the switches to make them work again.
Thanks.
John.

It may be possible to clean them, but we do not sell service parts, so you would need to send it in to have the switches replaced. The best bet would be to send the system in to have them changed, and while it is here it will get checked for tuning and output to verfiy the system is working properly. Our turn around time is averaging 3-4 business days so it will be turned around quickly.
