Default TX Module temperature

Is it normal for the TX module to get very warm to the touch? Ever since the XP8103 came back from repair I've noticed the module getting hot (~100°F) after the radio has been on for a 5-10 minutes. This only seems to occur while transmitting not with the DSC, as one of the trainers asked about it being so hot.

It is normal for the module to get warm but it should never get hot. If it is getting hot, it will wear the output transistor faster than normal and you will lose output over time. It would be best to send it in for a check up as soon as you have some down time and can be without the system for a week or so.
