Has anybody experience rudder gimbal failure were the rudder goes hard left and you have to hold the stick all the way to the right to center. I have seen this twice the first one was the pin that controls this is a push fit and it slipped out had to CA it to get it to stay. I have not seen the second one yet but it sounds like the same problem. Wasn't so lucky this time as the plane was in an inverted flat spin when this happened you can guess the rest. This is not a bash just trying to see if this has happened to other people two different radios.

I had the pin come out on a JR 7202 elevator gimbal. Fortunately it was while flipping the elevator during a range check. Like you, CA locked it in place with no more problems.
