Default Spektrum DX3R Pro Stopped Working

I have a Spektrum DX3R Pro transmitter that has been my #1 radio for several years now. It lives in a Spektrum aluminum hard case and has been cared for very well. This past Monday, I was checking the setup on my Tamiya sedan and went to check the controls. I turned on the Tx, followed by the Rx but the two were not connecting. I tried to re-bind but to no avail. I even tried a new receiver, but again nothing. I also tried to re-calibrate but still no luck.

I've sent emails to Spektrum and also messaged them via Facebook, but have not heard back. I am puzzled why this has happened and now I cannot run any of my cars. Is there anyone from Spektrum out there reading these posts, or checking emails or checking Facebook?

Has my transmitter just died or what? Please help.

Have you tried the Product Support/Service group? That's the BEST way by far to contact us and get help.

Hi Andy,

Yes, but all they could say was that I should send it in for service. I was hoping there was a reset that I could try, but apparently not. The transmitter turns on and I can scroll through all the menu items, change model, etc but the connection to the receiver has stopped. I've never seen this before with any radio, regardless of brand. All of my radio gear is Spektrum and now I'm dead in the water. Pretty bummed.

Unfortunately, when the RF link is dead, that IS the shortest route to getting it fixed. I'm betting they replace the RF module.
