Spektrum SPMB2150NM NiMH 2150maH 6.0 V Receiver Battery Charge Rate

What is the min and max charge rate that I can use for this receiver battery? I have been following the C/10 recommendation for slow charging but would like to decrease the time.

On NiMh 1/10C is a good slow rate and 3/10C is a good fast charge rate.

Thanks, the reason that I ask is that a on a HydriMax Ultra 2000mah battery they do not recommend exceeding 200ma for a charge rate.
