Default JR12X Transmitter replacement battery

Guys I need to replace the transmitter battery in my 12X. I can't find a direct NHiM replacement battery, any suggestions on where I can find one?

Do you need a cassette or just new batteries?

If it's just new cells, a number of vendors will provide you with a pack using the Eneloop Low Self Discharge NiMH cells and that's what I run in my 12X. Just treat 'em like you have the battery in your radio now.

If you want someone to put the new cells in your cassette, I like NoBS batteries and they'll do it for free but you'll have to pay shipping both ways. They also will sell you just the cells ready to install.

Great articles and "how to's" on the website as well; http://www.hangtimes.com/nobsbatteries.html
