Default Electric brakes on down elevator

I have read that it is possible to connect electric brakes to the elevator channel without the need to use a separate channel for the brakes. I wish to use the brakes on down elevator.
Can anyone explain how to do this on a JR 11 dsmx Tx. The methods I have seen are all on Futaba radios?

Use a P-Mix where you can set it up on a curve with elevator as the master and aux whatever as the slave. Set the switch to your landing gear so you're not applying the breaks while the wheels are up if that applies to your setup.

Then set your mix points up. I don't have an 11x handy to walk you through the exact steps so that is going from memory

Thanks. I am waiting on delivery of the electric brakes. There may be some info on how to set them up with them.

Yea, we would have to work out what the control unit is expecting then we can work out how to program the radio to achieve that.

Shouldn't be diffcult
