Default binding dual receivers in airplane...

I have an airplane that I just purchased from a friend and the airplane has two spectrum receivers.. How do I bind both receivers at the same time and is that necessary... the receivers have a connection between them as they can work on one battery or two as needed...(should one battery fail) each has a switch... everything worked well with the sellers old transmitter but I have a DX 7 that I want to put this airplane on... Can I bind just one of the receivers with a binding connection and the other receiver will then bind at the same time...? Thanks..

You have to bind them both, you can put them both in bind mode and bind, or do them one at a time, as long as the receivers are the same class either method will work
