Because we introduced the AR636 which allows 6 channels and a remote receiver, plus has gyros if you want them. The AR610 is another full-range 6-channel receiver and costs a lot less.

Hey Andy, are these just old stock or knockoffs? https://www.ebay.com/itm/AR6210-DSMX...72.m2749.l2649

You can't tell by looking at the outside, but judging from all the pro-level photos, my guess is that this is somebody in California buying fakes for $3 in China and reselling them.
We haven't made these in nearly a decade, so by now you should only be seeing used ones (probably well-used) for sale.
You can get an AR620 for about the same price. It's a better receiver, still under warranty (even if those were genuine products on ebay, they aren't under warranty any more), more sensitive, and all-around better. Why buy a likely-bad item?

They constantly do. If you'd like to report a suspected fake (and thereby sic the lawyer dogs on them) sent an e-mail to our IP Protection group [email protected]
There are so many out there, and they little guys are constantly changing their names after getting shut down. What amazes me that so many guys are buying known-bad products. I'd never trust a model to one of them, especially after seeing what we've seen during dissection.
