Default AR9350 Programming

I have looked everywhere, but maybe not the right place. I'm looking for help programming the AR9350 RX with the programming app. Specifically the AS3X settings. Everything is initially set to zero when you open the app, so there's no real example to learn from, and no hints or instructions as to what the different settings mean or do. Sorry, I don't want to just try it and find out what happens with a $3000 airplane in the air. Is there a video or pdf somewhere that explains how to use the app to at least get initial settings? I know every aircraft isgoingto use different settings, but I would at least like to know where to start.

It might not help that the app I have is "Spektrum Programmer Beta", so if there is a more current version that I
should be using, please advise.

I'm using Windows 10, as I already have the cable to connect, don't have the means to use the mobile app

Thanks in advance!

There is a very active forum on RC Groups concerning this series of RX. Also Spektrum has done some videos on Youtube. It is not really that hard but what I did was made a setup on the bench with a few servos and the RX and just played around till I figured it out.
