Unless you are willing to do extensive hacking, you’ll have to send the transmitter back to Horizon. If you bought the 11X in the US, the throttle trim is analog and not digital. If it were digital, you could change the mode fairly easily. In the early 11X firmware there was a menu in the system list that allowed changes in modes. As I recall, it didn’t work very well because of the throttle trim. That menu was removed from last version two firmware.

JR 11X DSM upgrade
can I upgrade the JR 11X DSM wth the 0002-0113 software . This software is from the JR-PROPO website. The JR X-11MV uses he DMSS protocol. Iwant to be cautious because both JR and Horizon are evasive on the issue.
