Default spectrum 12120 power safe receiver

I have a Power safe 12120 receiver. Soon as the receiver binds all the remotes shut off and the receiver is dead. Any ideas?

You aren't trying to power it from a servo port?

What kind of batteries, how do you have them hooked up, what are you using for a switch?

I'm using a 123 battery fully charged, connected thru a EC5 plug and the switch that comes with the receiver

Weird

Unplug and replug all the remotes.

Unplug any and all servos as well, then connect them one a time.
