NES-507 and NER-266x
Hi Danny and group,
I am just getting back into the hobby after many years of absence. I have a fellow that is offering me a JR 662 radio system, but it has the NER-266x receiver and the NES-507 servos. I can't find anything about these on JR's or any other web site. Can you fill me in???
Lost in MS... heheee
Kindest regards,
Rob

I do not see a 266 receiver on my list, is that a 226 or a 236? The 226 was a 6 channel FM receiver, and the 236 is a 6 channel ZPCM receiver. In either case, it would work with the 662 system. The current R700 would be the equivalent of the 226 and would perform much better.
The 507 has these specs:
Dimmensions: .73" x 1.52" x 1.32"
Weight: 1.47 ounces
Torque: 40.3 oz-in
Speed: .25 sec/60ΒΊ
It was a bushing servo, with a nylon gear train, and a cored motor. It was a standard servo and was replaced by the 527.

RE: NES-507 and NER-266x
Thanks a bunch, Danny. I couldn't find any info on these, the fellow must have committed a typo on the 266/226 receiver.
Good Flyin'
