Default Danny another question

My dad and I are goin to be getting a Kangke Laser 2000 with a DA50 and so in the manual online that we should use servos with atleast 60 oz/in. of torque on the elevator and ailerons. Do you think the Ds8231's that come with the 10X will be strong enough and the rudder calls for at least 100 oz/in. of torque so what would be a good match for that. The new DS9411 or the DS8411. I heard problems ppl have with the gear tran on the 8411's so is the 9411 improved. Once again thanks for all your help.

Default RE: Danny another question

If the aircraft calls for that torque, the 8231 should work just fine. If they call for metal gears though, the 8231 gear train may not be up to the task, but my guess is that the 8231 would work very well. The 9411 is a smaller lower torque servo than the 8411. I would recommend either the 8411 or the new 8611. The 8611 does have a redesigned gear train with less than half of the play than the 8411, but the 8411 works extremely well.
