PCM10Sx
When I turn on my PCM10Sx all I get in the view screen is vertical & horizontal dark black bars - does the battery need replacing or is this something more serious. Thanks Billyz

That sounds like it is a screen problem. It sounds like the system needs to come in for a check up. The address to ship it to is below.
