10X question.
Hi,danny,I bought brand new 10X from LHS,when I got home to look at it,found some scratches on the TX,and also some small marks on the back of TX,nobody wants his brand new 1G radio scratched when it just came out from box.Then I try to change one from the LHS,but they only had one .I just like to know anybody had the same problem?And is Horizon going to fix that for me?Thanks.

The 120 is an overseas version of the 10X, the 220 is the US version. If you do have the 120, there is nothing we can do to help as we do not service or repair overseas systems. If it is the 220, we should be able to help out, you will need to contact our product support techs at 877-504-0233 for further assistance.
