DS 8611 change
Danny,
Just wondering if there has been a change to the 8611 servos. At the Horizon site the picture looks like there is an new metal collar just below where the servo arm threads on. Have they changed the case in some way to the earlier servos ?

No, there haven't been any changes to the 8611 servo. What you are seeing is part of the servo arm, part number JRPA206. The metal ring on the arm prevents any distortion of the arm on the splines of the servo under heavy load.
