10x Switch replacement question????
Hi Danny.
Last week I had an accident and broke the ail/DR. switch of my 10x.
Right now I'm not using that switch at all because I have all my DR programmed on the left side switch ( Thank god wasn't that one).
Like you understand I don't like seeing my radio with that swithc broken; What Should I do :
Do I have to send it to horizon for replacement or can I order the switch ??
If have to send it how long it takes ? aprox.

If the system is under warranty, to keep the warranty in tact you will need to send it in. In addition, the 10X is extremely difficult to take apart and work on, even for our radio techs who work on them everyday. The switch is a service center part that we do not sell. It is best to send the system in for service. Our turn around time is running around 4 business days on average.
