I have an older 10S tranmitter and want to know what rec'rs I can run them with (PCM prefered)?

With the 10S system you can use any SPCM, ZPCM, or PPM systems on the band that your TX is on. For PCM Receivers, the R770, R649, R955, and R945 would all work well with your system.
