Default JR RX Crystals Compatible?

Hi
Can you help?
I have a JR 3810 and have just ordered a Zoom 400 from Protech.
From what I gather the electric kit comes with a standard Pico 6ch 35mhz FM receiver.
Will the RX crystal supplied with my JR be compatible with this receiver?
Thanks very much for your help
Alan

Default RE: JR RX Crystals Compatible?

Possibly, possibly not.

However, the golden rule is NEVER mix one brand of receiver with a different brand crystal. The frquency may not be corrcet, the drive level may not be correct. Put these 2 together and you may have a range of a few feet or none at all.

Advice is to use the crystal that came with receiver or get one for that rx, or use a JR receiver for that JR crystal.
