I'm sorry to say that it is not, it is only available on 72 and 75 Mhz.

Find a country that uses 50MHz, and contact the distributor for that area.

50 mhz is the Ham band in the US. Go to the Horizon website and look them up under the receivers listing in the JR section. It tells which bands the receivers are available on. Most of the upper end receivers are available on 50 mhz.
