Default Gyro Servos

Danny
I have a 652 with JR 331 micro servos in a LiteMachine heli.
I put in a Heli-max micro piezo gyro.
I have had two servos quit on me.
Do I have the wrong servo for the job. If so what should I be useing. The last servo lasted about 10 to 15 flights.
I could go with a bigger servo If i moved the tail servo to the boom. What do you think?
What are my options?
What do you think it would cost me to send servos back for repair, they are less than 6 mo & 2 mo old

It depends on the nature of what is happening with the servos. Are they getting hot and burning up, or is it a gear or motor problem? If it is burning up, it is likely the gyro forcing the servo to work too hard. We could tell more by seeing the servos and trying to diagnose what happened to them.

I think to much vibration is my problem.
I had moved the servo between motor and tail.
The tail started wagging, I turn down the gain. this did not help.
Then the servo just stopped.

If there is vibration, the combination of the gyro and the vibration may cause the servo to work too hard. A larger servo may be a solution. If you would like to send that servo in to check it out, please do.
