Default Century VII trainer setup

LONG LIVE JR !!!!!!!! there is only one radio.....anyway, danny, i have a brand new in the box Century VII early PCM format and a very much used one with no battery pack, same version.....connected them together so the new one is the master and the much used one is the slave......and it doesn't work.....do i need a battery pack in the slave?? your excellent staff has repaired much crash damage for me, so please thank them, (espically heather), for me!!!! bill woodward, titusville, fla

Default Century VII trainer setup

Bill,
Thank you very much for the kind words. The slave does need a battery pack in it. You never flip the power switch on the slave, but when you plug in the cord, the slave radio uses its own battery for powering up the system. It does not transmit in any way of course, but still needs to power itself up.
