XP9303 DSC
Danny,
Will DSC only work with JR PCM recievers?
Will DSC work with non-JR receivers?
I get differing answers when I call support.

RE: XP9303 DSC
DSC will work with any JR receiver as long as the modulation is the same. PCM on the Tx to a PCM receiver, PPM on Tx to a PPM receiver.
It will NOT work in PCM mode to any other PCM receiver except for JR.
In PPM mode, I believe it will work to any other brands PPM receiver ( I don't believe the "shift" issue applies at this level ). At least it does here in the UK ( where we dont have this shift problem ).

The DSC will work with the receivers listed as well as all of the line that I know of. Be sure you are using a 3 wire switch, and all the leads between the switch and the receiver are 3 wire. Then be sure you are using the proper modulation for the receiver being used, plug the DSC into the TX, then into the switch charge jack, then turn the receivers power switch on.

RE: XP9303 DSC
Is the 9303 able to use different recievers such as futaba and airtronics? My airtronics RD6000 alows you to change the shift or mod to suit any reciever. Does the 9303 have this feature? I have about 11 futaba equipped airplanes and would love to get the 9303 for it's memory and superior features. Thanks

No, the 9303 is not shift selectable. Airtronics equipment is on the same shift, but the tuning may be different. Futaba is on the opposite shift and will not work with JR.
