I have never used digital servo's.
Simple question - do they work with the standard JR receivers or only with the new digital radios?

Also any feedback about the newer JR 811 servo's

Digital servos work fine with almost all receivers, but there are exceptions. Some older design receivers can not handle the feedback from multiple digital servos and can cause jittering issues. One such receiver is the 549 receiver, it can have issues when multiple digital servos are used. Almost all others though will work fine.
