I have aquired a xp8103 and would like to know if the dual rates can be avtivated by one switch as with the 662??? Can't find switch assignments so assume I'll learn to flip all three switches??

The 8103 does not have flight modes in aircraft mode. You can "cheat" and set up 3 programmable mixes, mix the channel to itself, assign the mixes to the same switch, and put in negative percentages to take away throw. Unfortunately there is no other way to achieve this with the 8103.
