I have a JR 8103 radio and want to be able to raise the ailerons during full up elevator only on high rate to do better 3d harriers etc. What is the step-by step method to accomplish this please?

In program mix 1 or 2, set up an elevator to flap mix, then assign the mix to the switch of your choice by pressing the select key until the arrow points at SW:, then press the + or - key to select the switch of your choice. Then press the select key until the arrow points at Point, then set points 1,2, & 3 to 0 if you only want the spoilers at full stick, then set points L and H as desired to get the spoiler amounts desired. Use the ch left and right keys to select the points, and the + and - keys to change the values.
