4735's on a 90 size profile?
I love the speed of 4735's on my 40 size 3D profile. Will these be strong enough for an OMP Yak 65" wingspan profile with a YS 110? It concerns me a bit as their is only one elevator servo and the control surfaces are quite large. I will be flying 3D primarily.
I believe the 90 oz torque will be plenty but my concern would be possibly stripping the gears. What do you think Danny?

I do not believe that there would be any problem using them, I've used nylon geared servos in larger models in the past without problems. The key is though to have the model set up properly with the mechanical advantage set appropriately. A metal gear servo would provide a little extra insurance so that if your set up isn't perfectly that it will be less likely to strip the gears. There is a metal gear set available for the 4735 if you decide to stick with the 4735's and want metal gears. Part number JRPSG4735M. They are a brass gear set though, so they will wear some over time and will need replacing periodically.
