JR 8103 and dual elevator servos
Danny,
I have a JR 8103 Heli version with a R649 receiver. In aircraft mode I am running dual elevator servos on my Extreme Flight Yak. I programmed Mix 6 for elevator as master and Aux 3 as slave. How can I turn off the Aux 3 pot ? I don't like to constantly check the knob to make sure I have not bumped it out of the zero position. Why is it that when elevator is selected as master, only Aux 3 is a choice for slave, not Aux 2.
Is there a better method to setup dual elevator servos?
Thanks, Robert.

RE: JR 8103 and dual elevator servos
You can set up a program mix, aux 3 to aux 3, and set the rates to -100%. The rate of the mix will need to match the travel adjust of the channel to inhibit it, so if you change the travel adjust of aux 3, you will need to make the mix match it.

The other option would be to use a matchbox instead of mixing.

OK. After I did the post I did a search and saw this issue has been addressed already. Sorry for the duplication. I think I understand the process now. I will try to apply this technique tonight.
Thanks again,
Robert.
